I had one driver hording packages marking them delivered for a while a few months ago. One job, please be better in the future.
- ABAdrien BanksMay 4, 20261.0I can't believe how actually trash this place is. If I would've known how actually trash this place is, I wouldn't of moved to Fountain. I've had non stop issues with this place. They won't stop delivering the old residents mail and I know for a fact they have a mail forward considering he's my landlord, the post office manager says "we don't misdeliver mail" but I just had $100 package put in someone elses parcel locker. I just had to drop off their package to their house and hopefully whoever got my stuff is as honest. Theres a dude there that claims to own the parking lot and will bang on your window and call the cops on you for getting coffee at the place next door. Theres a nice woman who works at the front and one dude doing the bulk of the work when you walk in but other than those two folks the entire operation is literal trash. Hot garbage. Can't say enough how awful it is.

They lost my save the date and my wedding invitations. They lost a DNA kit I had to pay for and then mail in hasn’t arrived. They have lost registration paperwork for a horse I needed to mail. Where does it stop? I am out so much money because they can’t do their job. If anyone important is seeing this, I would like to have a conversation about how this will be rectified.
