  Was there on 09/19/2026 at 1 pm to drop off a package to be returned to Amazon. They were on lunch break and the door was locked. My question to the establishment is when do you have a lunch break and the UPS store closes for lunch? When did this start? The only thing on the window is a plain paper sign that said lunch break 1:00-1:45. This is inconvenient for people. Some people should break for lunch but don’t close the business because everyone wants to go at the same time. You should have at least one person who can take their lunch later in the day and have the place open. If this is something that the UPS store is going to do, then put it on your store’s open hours sign. And put a notice on your website, social media or even Google. Not a piece of paper and certainly not on a whim.

  This group of employees at this fountain store are always beyond helpful each and everytime I’m in this store. Thank you guys so much ! I’m glad to be a returning customer . For all of your printing , mailing , shipping and returns this is the place to go .

  Excellent service. Thank you, Kaden. I walked in for fingerprint service. Kaden got me in and out in under 10 minutes. He displayed great patience and customer service as my prints kept returning with errors. This was immediately after dealing with an exceptionally rude customer. Both Kaden and his manager were very friendly. I recommend this location for any service.

  Employee named Kadin it seem he has personal problems and bringing them to work they charged me for returning my quantum equipment I explain that I don’t have to pay for shipping because it’s already pre paid through Quantum Fiber the problem at the end was not me paying for the shipping is the poor customer service and the attitude overall this man Kadin needs help asap !

  I never leave negative reviews but I guess there is a first for everything. Absolutely worst service I’ve ever seen. I made an appointment on 17 August 2026 to get finger prints at this location on 14 September 2026 at 1330 MDT due to a new requirement by the federal government. I received confirmation emails the day I made the appointment and a reminder confirmation the day of the appointment from that UPS store. I even call the morning of to ensure that the appointment was being tracked as I’ve heard all locations have been backed up, the gentleman on the phone said “No problem, be here at 1330 and you’ll be good”. I get there at 1320 to ensure I have enough time, there were three individuals working and a steady stream of customers dropping off packages. It’s my turn and the “manager” tells me she has to help everyone else in the store before she can help me. I oblige and take a seat where she said. A couple minutes later, she asks my name and what time my appointment was. I told her and she said there was no appointment and that the confirmation I received was from a third party so there’s nothing she could do. I then show her the email from the ups store confirming my appointment time, location, and confirmation code. She rolls her eyes and tells me that she can’t accept walk-ins because it takes 2 hours to complete this task (absurd considering they book appointments in 30 minute increments and I know 4 people in the last 2 weeks who got this same service and all said it was less than 15 minutes). At this point she tells me she there is nothing they can do because the system won’t let them do fingerprints without an appointment (also absurd considering she confirmed and they do walk-ins) for the service. I asked for the “manager’s” supervisor or manager, apparently she only answers to herself. She was nice enough to give me the number to the lost package line which she said would not be helpful and they wouldn’t care (can confirm she was accurate about that). It was obvious that she just didn’t care and couldn’t be bothered by giving minimum customer service. She had the ability to correct this but couldn’t be bothered because she could not manage the business with a minimum of 2 other people backing her up. If the position and service is too much, the organization should consider dropping the service or hiring a manager that is competent. Also, if you want to complain about an employee or actual UPS Store, the number is 1-800-789-4623 and asked to be transferred to file a complaint (don’t bother calling the 1-800-742-5877 number the manager will give you to report a damaged or missing package). Terrible employee and excuse for a manager.
