  I went this morning to renew my job contract which means it needs to be notarized. I've been renewing my job contract for the last 10 years, so I'm very familiar with how the process works. When I walked in, a pregnant lady WHO REFUSED TO HELP ME because I presented my Mexican passport, and that it wasn't allowed as I had to show an American passport. They need to train their staff, as ANY PASSPORT is an official government issued photo ID. Anyway, she tried arguing that my passport wasn't valid as it was in Spanish, when clearly its in both languages, English and Spanish. I simply walked out and went to another UPS where I had no problem whatsoever. This is a serious matter as this can be a lawsuit for discrimination. I felt belittled by the lady.

  Somebody better give Connor a raise, bonus, or something. I walked in and there were 22 people ahead of me, and he powered through the entire line by himself. On top of that, someone had the AC turned off and there wasn’t even any music playing. That’s wild. Even with all that, he kept a smile on his face and got it done. Without him, this easily would’ve been a -5 star experience, but Connor made it a 5-star one.

  The entire staff is ridiculously incompetent, from the little kids working the front, to the manager who doesn’t know anything at all about how the company works. My very high value package was sent for pickup at this location. They lost my package, then tried to gaslight me saying it was never out for delivery and that they don’t have it. I have ring doorbell footage of the delivery driver not ringing my doorbell, and leaving the slip. My package was 100% out for delivery and left at their store. I was offered no help, no assistance, there was no empathy, kindness, or respect of any nature. I recommend staying as far away from this store as your life will allow. Never have I ever been treated with such blatant disrespect, and the owner of this location really needs to look into their staff, and to audit all of their “lost deliveries”

  Though I understand the hours of operation are posted on a tiny sign in the window, You can’t have your open sign flipped around to people who are driving past. I drove past the UPS store just to return something and thought they were open based on their signage and they weren’t open. Probably turn that sign around to closed if you’re closed.

  UPS is now a joke! Did the pre-sign online, guess what? They were unable to deliver my package because no one was there. I don’t have time to go pick it up, they’re paid to deliver to me. Ridiculous, customer service is none existent. I don’t care about the stuff I can check online, I want to talk to someone about your inability to do your job. This company is a waste of time if you’re not a commercial business.
