- EEEMay 19, 20181.0So unprofessional here, Had a packaged delivered to my mom before mother’s day, (next day delivery) and since it arrived in Houston the next day ( she technically got it) but that wasn’t the case, a signature was required but I specifically asked for no signature so that they won’t take the package back to the post office. Since nobody was there to sign, and this was a surprise gift, they took the package back. The following week nobody couldn’t help me with this issues, nobody called me back to check up with me or anything. I constantly went up there everyday before and after work and I still am until they give my money back. Don’t trust this place with your package!
