- JNJerremy NunnenkampSep 14, 20261.0By far the worst post office I’ve ever had the experience of doing anything with. From losing your mail to never answering the phone. From terrible customer service and rude employees to destroying your packages. I’ve tried to call and file complaints. Talk to the postmaster, Nothing helps they don’t do anything about it. I’ve even seen them runoff somebody from the front that was trying to collect signatures for homeless kids. This post office is absolutely terrible and the postmaster should be let go.

Over the past week I had to go 3 times to mail packages and each and every time, there was only one clerk servicing the multitude of customers (at least 15 were in the line on all the occasions I was there - photo shows the folks lined up to be served by just one clerk). Each time, I had to wait at least 30 minutes before I got my turn. Unfortunately, I do not have much of a choice as this is closest to my house. I wish some private firm like FedEx takes them over and overhauls this miserable business.
