- BCB CJun 19, 20261.0There's one guy in there that is seemingly always very angry about something and kinda takes it out on me for just being there. I tried to be extra friendly thinking maybe he's having a bad day, but after a couple of times, that's on him and he needs to get it together or find another job. My other issue is FedEx's ridiculous AI phone management system. I can't get ahold of a real person in the location because the AI is completely unuseable. I'll just stick with USPS and UPS at this point.

They didn't use the city I asked them to use and the package got returned undeliverable, there's $40 I'll never get back. The front line staff were annoyed I was there, maybe they did it on purpose to intentionally screw me and laughed about it after I left. I guess I learned my lesson on trusting those people.
