    Lady at the counter is just not very friendly or helpful. Just really odd the couple of times I've been there. Go out of my way to find a different one unfortunately.

    Having this UPS store close to me in Evergreen, Co., has been invaluable. The owners and staff are always very friendly and accommodating, particularly when it comes to handling my Amazon returns or UPS mailings at tax time. Also very handy are the mailing supplies that they carry. I’m so glad to have them nearby.

    Mailing packages, picking up packages, shredding etc., is not always the most fun but when I go into our Evergreen UPS I am greeted by name and am always treated like I’m the most important person in the store. The service is always fantastic but even better the friendly team is the best! Highly recommended!

    Incredible that the unprofessionalism at this store is allowed. The thing about the packaging, tape, and being turned away is true and given the rural area often means customers have quite a drive to go home and handle packaging issues. This happened to me several time when the Amazon instructions clearly stated that no packaging was required for a return, and the cashier would not even discuss the issue. Add to that the beyond unpleasant, almost hostile attitude and this whole experience is just awful. I avoid using this location at all costs and would rather use a different store or service for return. The UPS stores in Denver are friendly and find solutions when customers are in need. I don't understand why this particular store has to be such a negative experience, it certainly does not fit with my lifetime experience with UPS.
