- TQTrish QuinnAug 18, 20261.0If I could leave a negative star I would. They put a valuable small package into someone else’s P.O. Box! It is irreplaceable!! Not returned, police report made and to postal inspectors.
- SSStaci SAug 10, 20261.0Front desk staff: fantastic, always helpful. That's not the issue. Delivery is the problem. Packages marked "delivered" go to the wrong mailbox constantly. Mailbox keys don't work. Our carrier is regularly on her phone, not paying attention to routes. Neighbors post weekly asking if anyone got their missing package. Great counter service, unreliable delivery. Please fix the route. I speak for many!

Been here over 20 years, countless pieces of mail lost, returned misdelivered mail with notes only to receive them again and again. It’s a helpless feeling that some services are via mail only knowing you’ll not receive the envelope/package and your personal info will be compromised. Slogan should be “Rain, sleet, snow or hail, postal service is sure to fail”. I would like to thank this post office for misdeliverimg my ballot. Having to drive to the nearest location to vote in lieu of filling the ballot at home was a pleasure. Don’t bother speaking with Rhonda as she possesses zero customer service skills, doesn’t want to hear any complaints and will threaten to hang up on you. How she got her position is beyond all comprehension.
