  I had a wonderful experience today and always do since the day it opened!! It is clean, they are helpful and very professional! Dez and Saul are extremely professional, eager to help others and have a wonderful attitude each and every time I visit this location. I highly recommend!!

  I’ve been to this UPS Store several times now, and every experience has been positive. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They’re efficient, professional, and make the process quick and easy, whether I’m shipping packages or handling returns. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great customer service. So thankful to have such a reliable and pleasant local store nearby. Highly recommend!

  Dezire and Mariah are amazing! Dezire helped me with multiple returns over the past 2 weeks that took me a fair bit of time to sort through on the app and to box up, some required labels, some did not - it felt like a huge ordeal for me. The entire time she was incredibly patient and helpful. On another visit Mariah also helped me navigate a potential oversized and heavy purchase I was considering since return shipping was going to be on my dime. Both women are very professional, friendly, patient and helpful. Love the team at my local UPS Store.

  Small store -- Huge service. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the people are here. I had a large color print job that needed to be done professionally and then quickly delivered to Denver. They knocked it out in a couple hours for about half the price I found at other places near Erie. I'll definitely be back.
