It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!
