I came into the store to get some simple flyers. I did not like the way it came out on paper. Janice proceeded to cop an attitude with me and told me that I could just go somewhere else and get it done. I said you don't have to cop an attitude with me, and she stated you're the one that has an attitude. I said wow really did you just talk to me like that? She said yep!!! I had then informed her I was going to give her a bad review and she said I don't care and laughed at me. That may be the worst customer service ever.

Went in to ship documents, young guy working offered me a tiny box that clearly wouldn’t fit full size pages, and then he offered a gigantic moving box to ship my envelopes of documents, made zero sense. Drove down 10min to another location and shipped it in a perfectly sized express box, wish the first guy offered that but he assumed I wouldn’t want to pay for it? instead I had to go somewhere else.

This store employees are rude and the one cough litterally in my face no apology. I waited for for 10 min to print simple copy’s l. I got no service in the actual store so I had to step outside to even get the email sent to them. This store is NOT good I would suggest going to a different one.
