- KMKatherine McHaleAug 30, 20261.0Total scam. The first water dispenser we got would not produce cold water. It was a whole process to get a new one...guess what? The door doesnt shut on the new dispenser and I saw the delivery driver break it taking it out of his truck. I said something and it was disregarded. Customer service is almost non existent. Unless they reach out to us to fix this issue, I will be canceling. Wish I looked at reviews before. Also I calculated that its cheaper to buy water bottles. Either way, you're drinking out of plastic. This company charges a decent amount of money per delivery. You cant get 40 jugs of water delivered at once (unless you have the storage space for it...and in a 700 square foot house, I dont) so thats how they get you. You're paying more for delivery than water. Actually now that I type this out, I am more pissed. The lady at Costco who sold us this crap was an 18 year old and couldn't answer half of our question...but we were already commited. Both of the worlers were fightong over who would get the sale. SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. I chalked it up to them being young, but seriously i dont think Primo trains properly. Paying $50 per delivery for WATER THAT SHOULD BE FREE, plus paying for the water itself is highway robbery. If they do not reach out to fix this, no sweat off my back. Getting cases of water is easier. Dont expect them to because of how AWFUL their customer service is. And I am in Englewood and the water tastes like straight up dirt, but I'm willing to drink that over a greedy unprofessional company. Yall are SCAMMERS.
