For one, they won’t deliver any of my packages because of my ‘dog’ saying it was for safety reasons despite the fact my dog is locked inside without any way out unless someone physically lets her out. The guy who delivers will actually park and honk then wait for my dad to come get the packages. He knows my dad is home every day so when he delivers I actually get my packages. The woman who delivers is the WORST. She won’t even try to come to our house. She just delivers a note saying I need to pick them up. I can’t even go get them since I work from 7am-5pm and they close right at 4:30. Because of the deliver woman, I got my graduate textbooks late. Had she just done what the male carrier does and honks, my dad would come get it. Instead, she doesn’t try and my books were late! I had to beg a family member to pick them up since I was unable to make it to the post office by or before 4:30. Unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened. It’s every time she drives and now I have to figure out a way to go get the new packages I’ve been waiting for. If I could switch to Elizabeth I would.

My grandson's package was delayed arriving in time for his stay at the Boy Scout Camp. They listened with compassion and helped resolve this resulting in a very happy ending. I can only say "Thank you, thank you" for your graciousness and assistance. It is greatly appreciated. I was very much impressed with the level of professionalism and helpfulness.
