Absolutely terrible post office. Walked up to drop off a package. The woman working there was helping a man out the door. He walked out and as I went to go in the door, she slammed it shut on me and quickly locked the door. Confused, I asked if I could mail the package. She said they were closed. Looked at my phone immediately and it was 4:31 PM so I was probably waiting at the door at 4:30 for them to get out which would’ve been on time. So unbelievably rude. this was on April 22 of 2026 if any supervisors want to know what day so they can figure out who was working.

The worst post office in existence. I get packages sent to me. 40 MINUTES just waiting to get a package that was mailed to me. 30 minutes before i could even hand her the ticket from my po. BOX. This is just stealing way to much tome from people's lives. This is nothing new. I rarely ever give a bad review, but this is crazy.

Always have a fast and courteous experience when dealing with the post office employees. I live in Avon, but have never had a reason to switch over from the Edwards post office.
