  Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Had Amazon returns and that was seamless. Had another one where I needed to bring item in box labeled. I couldn’t get printer to work and didn’t have a box. They were so helpful with printing and getting item packed up. Best UPS store experience ever. Idk how they have such low reviews. Come to east coast if you want a bad UPS store!

  Came in for an Amazon QR return. Amazon's instructions stated that no shipping box was required, to keep the item in its original packaging, and that an associate could help with the return. My item was still sealed in its original clear plastic packaging and had never been opened. I was directed to use the self-service kiosk and attached the shipping label that was printed. After that, the clerk refused to accept the package and told me I needed to place it in a new plastic bag. I found this confusing because Amazon's instructions indicated the original packaging could be used, and by that point the label had already been attached. I wasn't offered a practical solution for removing the label without damaging the original packaging. When I later called the store, the manager declined to provide her name and said staff are not required to assist with the self-service kiosk. Overall, the experience felt confusing and inconsistent, and because of this experience I do not plan to use this location again.

  Terrible customer service. Inattentive staff. Worst UPS Store I have ever visited in the United States.

  Once UPS closed in Avon, CO, you either have to drive to UPS in Vail or UPS in Edwards, so that is why there are so many people there. I've been dozens of times in the past two weeks to do Amazon returns. They are always busy but they will always help you in every way when it's your turn. The Amazon kiosk is great and they'll reset it if it stops working. So much better than the lines in the Avon Post Office! Great job, UPS in Edwards, CO. I actually love this place and don't go if I'm in a hurry. It's crazy busy sometimes. All the employees really help and they all stay calm even if the line is to the door. Parking is pretty bad especially if you've got something heavy, so be sure to try to figure out a time when you might be able to park nearby. I think these employees are underated for the amazing job they do. I have never had a problem that they couldn't figure out. I try to always thank them for their hard work in that busy UPS location.
