  Came in for an Amazon QR return. Amazon's instructions stated that no shipping box was required, to keep the item in its original packaging, and that an associate could help with the return. My item was still sealed in its original clear plastic packaging and had never been opened. I was directed to use the self-service kiosk and attached the shipping label that was printed. After that, the clerk refused to accept the package and told me I needed to place it in a new plastic bag. I found this confusing because Amazon's instructions indicated the original packaging could be used, and by that point the label had already been attached. I wasn't offered a practical solution for removing the label without damaging the original packaging. When I later called the store, the manager declined to provide her name and said staff are not required to assist with the self-service kiosk. Overall, the experience felt confusing and inconsistent, and because of this experience I do not plan to use this location again.

  Once UPS closed in Avon, CO, you either have to drive to UPS in Vail or UPS in Edwards, so that is why there are so many people there. I've been twice in the past week to do Amazon returns. First time only one person ahead of me, and the guy behind the counter scanned all 3 items even though they have the express kiosk where you do it yourself, so that was great. There was a short line when I left. He was so friendly. The next time I went in there was no one in front of me, but the guy came out from behind the counter and said I needed to go to the Kiosk because the printers behind the main counter weren't working. He helped me and put the labels on. You could tell they'd been slammed with packages. The kiosk was covered and boxes, etc. everywhere. He said before they closed it would all be boxed up and ready for pick up. If I go to that UPS I know I might have to wait if I need help. BUT it's do much better than the lines in the Avon Post Office! Great job, UPS in Edwards, CO.

  Guys were nice but my god it smells like a gym armpit in there even with the doors open. Appreciate the help fellas but get some air freshener and deodorant up in there 😂 Much love 💕😘
