This store location is always busy, and despite that Damon and Julian in particular do a fantastic job of keeping things moving, helping customers, and being a joy to work with. I can't say enough good things about the both of them, as they're wonderfully helpful and make shipping packages a breeze.

I am blind, and this Friday morning, I came in because I needed to fill out a large, major application, and the young lady at the front desk was a major help both with filling out the application and all the faxes. She deserves a raise.
UPS's website for this store states that they can provide USPS certified mail, but when I went there in person the staff person refused to do it.
I am soooo happy with the banner David printed for me. The whole crew at the Sheridan UPS store are wonderful, polite, efficient and smiling. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BTW I traveled all away from Aurora to this store because my last print job was excellent. Keep up the good work guys. Mary Cay

Consistently Rushed & Made to Feel Unwelcome
This has happened multiple times with multiple employees at this location — I am rushed out the door if I arrive a few minutes before closing. My work schedule usually does not allow me to get there any earlier.
When I used to work in retail (in multiple industries), store policies were to finish helping customers down to the last minute walk ins, and to plan to stay a bit later than close time for best customer service practices. Yes, we made announcements that we were closing, but for awareness, not to make clients feel rushed and devalued.
I finally said something to the employee that rushed me out the door last time I was there. Instead of de-escalating the situation like a professional, he made it worse. His argument was that they wanted to get home to their families — so do I. I'm not running errands for fun. I'm a working person trying to get things done within the limited time I have. I shouldn't have to explain the situation of my busy schedule to employees in the 1st place.
They stayed open an extra 8 minutes for me. Is eight minutes really so unreasonable? Would have been even less time if the employee had been trained to de-escalate customer concerns. Customers should never be made to feel like a burden. Lock the door @closing time to prevent other customers from coming in, finish up with the last customers, & then let them out. Employees not helping last customers are finishing up closing tasks anyways.
I won’t be returning to this location. The next closest store is 15 minutes away, meaning I now have to sacrifice 30 minutes of drive time I simply don't have — time that was taken from me because of one employee's unprofessional behavior and poor customer service.
I contacted UPS corporate to file a formal complaint and am awaiting follow-up. I sincerely hope this is addressed, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
