  I have been coming to this UPS Store for years, and they are always professional, friendly, and reliable. They recently helped me out of a sensitive situation due to my own poor planning, and I am incredibly grateful for how quickly and carefully they handled everything. Their customer service is consistently excellent, and I always feel like I can count on them. I highly recommend this location!

  Walked in on a Sunday at 215 having just moved to the area needing to send several things as a gift to a kid. Said I need to get a box to put everything in and get it shipped. Blonde kid with mustache seemed annoyed and rushed to get me checked out and handed me a receipt. I asked if I could fill the box (wanted to add in the paper to make it cute) he gruffly handed me a box and said I don’t know how you are going to cut it down since I noted a smaller box. I asked if I could borrow the tape and he said NO! I grabbed tape off the wall and put the box together. Filled it. Luckily the other guy working (dark hair) was done with the other customer and said he would cut down the box and get it sealed up. I paid for the tape and left. I get they are probably not always treated kindly by everyone with how busy that store seems but with several items going into the box and the limited questions I never though I wouldn’t be able to place items into the box myself nor the attitude about it when a few more questions or explanation would have helped.

  I used this store for a package going to Mexico that never got there. The clerk packaged the items and sent them on their way. I was under the impression the box was nearing is destination when ups showed up at my door with the box. I was told customs didn't accept my package. I went into the store to see what they could do for me and I was essentially told they aren't going to do anything. The assistant manager emailed me telling me she would have to get with UPS in order to attempt getting me a refund (hey you are UPS). I was essentially told because customs didn't accept my package I should go to them for the refund. I did not pay customs to get a package to its destination, I paid UPS and you did not get my package to is destination. I am now out $165.00 dollars. I would suggest not using UPS if you are going internationally. Poor!! if i was this business owner I would try making my clients whole and doing the right thing.
