Especially on a Monday when there is some lady being a total Karen they handle the situation proper keep up the good work some people are just to sensitive for their own good. I dont do the review thing but today I had to cause that lady was ridiculous.

I was in doing returns with my partner this evening and even when a customer was aggressively throwing packages around and telling him this is your job not mine. He simply smiled and asked him not to be throwing packages or dont come back and then he apologized to us for the rude customers actions. If I could give 10 stars I would Bravo Damon Bravo I would not have been as calm.
- UUUğur UÇARSep 8, 20261.0Time saving kiosk has a drop off location, so basically if they are nicely asked we can help and change drop location but they are rude and especially damon he literally ask me to do not drop any ups package anymore so basically should I change all of my shipment to different provider? Interesting
