I normally just drop my packages off in the drop box and leave, but she stopped me before I left and informed me that I was using the wrong box! Had she not told me, I would have had to cancel a sale and potentially lose a customer. She really saved the day for me! (I wish I asked for her name so I could give her credit in this review!). Hands down, it was the best experience I've ever had at a post office before. Thank you so much for being so aware and considerate. 🙂
