- NGNancy GadboisJun 24, 20261.0Very rude and Not helpful. I send my daughter in the army care packages and they make me not use quantity. The other post office has no problem with quantity, And states, why would they have quantity on there if you can’t use it. I think they just played games and have fun messing with people honestly. This office makes me list each one separately. Every time I go there, they make me redo my packages so I leave without sending it and go to another post office and I have no problem with the one on Washington and 120th. I sent a priority mail three days and it still has not gotten there and this is almost been 10 days from this office. I have nothing but problems. The one guy didn’t know how to type in the address so it made me get out of line and go to the other guy to type in the address. It made me go back-and-forth to each assistant at least three times every time I go I’m done.
