- HHHortonS5 days ago1.0I'm having a really hard time trying to find a post office that actually has employees that care. I have to drive miles out of my way to be able to find a post office since our local Thornton Post office closed. It is really inconvenient. I went to this one to ship out some packages and and the employees are so rude. I really get while the reviews are bad.
- SDSara DunawayAug 24, 20261.0Do NOT come here if a company gives you a prepaid label. If it's even slightly off, even though the company will pay the adjustments, they will not accept your package. Have had packages not accepted for being ONE OZ over the prepaid label

Very frustrating for small business owners trying to ship packages. Management needs to train them on basic customer service.

Every time I try and get a receipt she won't accept my package. Weight is fine, box is fine. She flat-out refuses, I have had issues with this post office stealing the stuff im shipping and receiving. All I want is proof im dropping off my items. Already purchased a label. Now I have to drive an extra 3miles to make sure my package is safe.

The lady with gray hair and glasses was rude and seemed visibly annoyed as soon as I walked in with the packages I was dropping off for my business. She immediately told me she would have to check several of the packages. As she weighed them, she began rejecting them because the weight was off by less than a pound. My understanding is that the packages could still have been accepted by adjusting the weight and allowing me to pay the difference, but instead they were simply turned away. Customer service matters, and there is no reason to treat customers with frustration or disrespect. Businesses like mine choose where to ship our packages, and we appreciate locations that are professional, helpful, and courteous. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.
