The location needs a full top to bottom overhaul or FedEx Corporate should just close it down. Yes I’m saying that no FedEx in Eagle would be better than one that is run as poorly as this one.
- NKNick KaliszDec 1, 20231.0How can a team be so lazy. I have had the worst experience with FedEx in the Vail Valley. Many packages just 'undeliverable due to wrong address when the address on my package is the same every time... also packages just left in the street or at the wrong address. Or better yet I was expecting two packages, the driver bring ones to the door and I ask ' do you have the second' he says no, I say 'Can I come take a look'... there are 8 packages in the truck, he looks can't find it, I see the tape from the company on the box and tell him which package it is... How do you explain that = LAZYNESS they don't care who they work for. This only started happening about 8 months ago so whoever you hired should get fired. This is so crazy and keeps happening time and time again.
