- NMNate McDonoughJun 5, 20265.0Unsure where all the "rude" accusations are coming from. Lot of out of touch nasty rich people in Durango who can't recognize hard work when they see it I guess . . . Anyhow! The staff here is reliably kind and helpful. Some days I'm bringing down 100+ packages. I'd totally get it if they were a little wary of me but no, instead they're just cool, good, hard working people not shy to go above and beyond. Thanks a million! Love you guys!

She was rude I was embarrassed and will only go to fed ex or ups from now on.

Post offices are open all the time in other cites? You are not. This is a prime example for why you are going out of business. You keep giving bad customer service so obviously people are going to go elsewhere for their mail needs. I can’t wait for the USPS to go bankrupt so we can actually get some good quality mail service around here.
- IGIris GradMar 2, 20261.0Went in to ship out my wedding invitations. The envelopes were a little oversized and needed additional postage. The woman working just said she didn’t have the postage and would have to do it manually (with a very bad attitude). She then started printing out SHIPPING LABLES and putting them on the envelopes. A lot of thought, time, and money went into making these invitations look nice, and I would have so much rather her have said something along the lines of “these are oversized and need additional postage, here are your options”, instead of slapping 3” x 1” barcoded shipping labels onto the custom printed envelopes. My wedding invitations look like Amazon packages now. Thanks.
