- MSMoe Salas4 days ago1.0This was most definitely the worst Post Office branch I have ever been to. The staff woman belittled my pregnant wife when she went to inquire about a rerouted Amazon package, providing no clarity or answers to her questions. Later that afternoon, I went to the store to try to understand the situation and received the same treatment from the same employee. It was unbelievable how quickly my question was met with hostility, frustration and disrespect. When I calmly followed up with more questions, the woman spoke over me and ignored my questions. I left without much clarity on how to get my package. I would strongly encourage you to avoid this location, even if it means driving to a different town!

Your package could be out for delivery, it could be in the back room, it could be at your neighbors house, it could be on the space station - Good luck and try again later! I genuinely don’t know how the post office functions this bad year after year.

Delivery driver cant read or chooses not to. Sometime a package arrives, most of the time your regular address get reported as "no such number". IDk how that possible if you LITERALLY have a history of dropping things off but here we are. Customer service reps are useless and give a vague answer to basically get rid of you. THIS PLACE IS TRASH.
- KAKim AMay 20, 20261.0Another package tagged for insufficient address (the same address that I get other mail!!!) and returned to sender. The company that they sub out the deliveries in the Cove to seems completely clueless about how the neighborhood PO boxes work. FedEx and UPS never has a problem, but time after time Dillon USPS can't find our street or my mail box. Tried calling the Dillon po as the shipper instructed, but no one ever answers the phone, then you just get disconnected. I'm beyond frustrated.
