Horrible service, you’ll wait in line for 30+ minutes just to be told they can’t do anything for you. I changed a PO Box in my name with proper ID and paperwork MONTHS prior, then was told today that it “wasn’t in my name and no one changed it” I asked how I can fix the situation and they told me to talk to the post master. I said “okay how can I do that?” And she told me “I don’t know he makes my schedule I don’t make his.” I understand they are under a lot of stress but there has to be more staff / help there. The lines are so long and my mail is constantly lost and returned to sender.

Today I went to pick up a package that was shipped to my PO box. Instead of having my package, the idiots who work here marked my package as incorrect address and shipped it back to Denver. I waited in line for 55 minutes with only 8 people in front of me. Then I drove down to North Denver to the distribution center so I could pick up my package. It took me 53 minutes to drive there. It LITERALLY TOOK LONGER FOR ME TO WAIT IN LINE THAN TO DRIVE TO NORTH DENVER. If you go to the silverthorne post office, it's not like this. These people suck at their job, what a joke dude. I Can't wait for AI to take your jobs 🤦

If I could give the Dillon USPS location zero stars, I would. I had two separate experiences with an employee named Pattie in the same day, and both were unbelievably frustrating. The first time, I had already been waiting for over 30 minutes when Pattie got into an argument with a coworker. Eventually, she yelled something along the lines of, “I can’t handle this, I’m leaving for lunch,” and walked off while customers were still waiting. This was around 11:00 a.m., only about two hours after the location opened. I unfortunately had to come back later that same day because of an issue with my package. This time, Pattie told me she didn't know how to read the tracking information and indicated that my package might have been given to someone else. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or immediately figuring out where my package was, I was essentially told to wait and hope they could determine whether it had been handed to another person. How is that an acceptable answer when someone is asking USPS where their package is? I completely understand that postal employees deal with stressful days, difficult customers, staffing issues, and circumstances outside their control. But walking away from customers who have already been waiting, arguing with coworkers in front of customers, and then being unable to determine whether a customer's package was potentially given to someone else is unacceptable. The Dillon community deserves a USPS location where customers can reasonably expect professionalism, basic communication, and accountability—especially when dealing with people's mail and packages.

Fabulous, very friendly and helpful staff. They have those automated package postage machines that save me a ton of time. Line length varies with the time of day. A nice person came to a side window to handle package pickup only requests to cut down on wait time during rush hours.

The one star reviews are accurate. I’d actually leave a negative review if i could…. I’m from out of town… and a package I ordered ended up here. I was trying to pick it up as the tracking said it was on hold at this location. I wanted to also let them know I had another delivery coming on Monday that i would be coming by to pick it up once it arrived BUT the clerk kept cutting me off - I couldn’t even get to the point of giving her my tracking information (she wouldn’t look it up and she wouldn’t check). She was very rude to the individuals before me in line, impatient to the people behind me, and had a very bad attitude. I looked at the people behind me and they said it’s always like this. I usually don’t leave any reviews good or bad so you know it’s bad! lol Yikes!! Submitted a case: 90747655 CO District Office: 303-853-6185 if you’d like to also file a complaint
