Gets upset when you ask them a question regarding packages if they are in the middle of talking about whatever their on about. The line move slow because they love talking about themselves. They’ve completely ignored me a few times when helping me & I have to ask the same question several time to get an answer. & sometimes they’ll roll their eyes & seem annoyed. This branch should really hire on better people

Make sure to get a receipt for your packages, as they will not help you without one, and they hardly do anything if you do happen to have a receipt. They have lost a couple of packages of mine, and they simply say, “Keep checking your tracking number and file a missing mail form if it does not update within a couple of weeks.” It’s frustrating, especially when you are selling on eBay, and the buyer gets tired of waiting and wants their money back, rightfully so.
