- JJjosephine4 days ago5.0had the pleasure of being helped by patrick and what an all star employee!!! was unbelievably patient with some customers–who were relentlessly persisting on a bit of a wild goose chase– however, he gave them absolutely zero impatience! most people i know working in customer service have a quite jaded view of people in general, due to facing the entitlement and poor treatment from customers day in and day out. but we discussed very positively how everyone has their quirks and he had such an understanding/accepting view. he helped me out with thorough information on standard shipping boxes (especially in pointing out which had self sealing, as i forgot to bring my tape and didnt want to purchase a roll) and was just all-around a great employee and human
