- JSJackie Smith2 days ago4.0One of the only post offices in the area that has a self service kiosk that is open on Sundays and after hours. You must rely on busy street parking, as the hotel nextdoor has valet and loading in front.

- LCL CAug 2, 20261.0Worst customer service. Let their phone ring off the hook for 15 mins. Twix says in a row. When I got there, BOTH of the employees spoke over me including having their own conversation. The woman told me that they don’t “ever” answer their phone because no one is ever at the desk. About 1 minute later she comes out talking on her cell phone on speaker…. Still haven’t found my package. Considering their pay, benefits and pensions; you think they’d actually be able to/be more willing to do their job at all let alone accurately.
- SRSonia RifkindJul 21, 20265.0There was a really grumpy fella working at this location in 2025 and early 2026 - he was young and dark haired and just oozed “I hate this job so much” and that made our experience pretty bad but they seem to have gotten rid of him and now the service is delightful - the men working here are great and generally feels like peace has been restored at this location . :) and now it’s a great location! So important to hire good people that don’t hate their jobs.
