Despite updating my address and moving months ago, there just this past week was an issue with verifying mail delivery despite having already received mail, so i unexpectedly didnt not receive several pieces of missing mail from the past month. Instead of waiting and holding my mail while verifying my official change of address that already processed awhile ago, i found out the carrier returned my mail to sender. This is incredibly inconvenient. That was also blatantly incorrect to do since it was being delivered to my legal up to date address. I now have to stress over figuring out how to get these essential pieces of mail re sent to me without any direct contact information. This issue did not happen the last time i moved within the denver area. Should not have happened. Returning mail to sender without confirming anything is absolutely not proper procedure.

The front desk staff is wonderful but the supervisor of this location knowingly does not keep American flags on hand for deceased veterans.

Impossible to reach via phone. I had a prescription sent to the wrong address (serviced by this office), and needed to contact this office to have it held and/or redirected. A USPS customer service agent told me to call the office directly. I tried calling on different days and different times of day. The call never got through. I eventually went in person to pick up the package. Out of curiosity, I called the office while I was there. There were no customers present, two USPS staff at their counter, and yet the call still didn’t get through. So, again, this office is apparently impossible to reach if you need them.

The supervisory and other letter carriers here are really impressive, Jessie, Esa and Bidur have dealt phenomenally with a situation created by my letter carrier that honestly endangered my home. I was told by my bank I submitted a change of an address on April 7, a letter of critical importance arrived a month late, on the day it was due. My best friend’s wedding invitation never arrived 6 weeks later, almost 3 months, not returned to her, not delivered to me. I still haven’t gotten my new debit, the second of which was returned April 9. He has delivered to my address with my last name and my daughter’s posted for almost 4 years. I knew he was a petty person when he threatened not to deliver our mail if we didn’t label our mailbox, which I learned today is incumbent on the letter carrier. I was prepared to complain and let it go, until the really nice support letter carrier (Tricia) and one of the supervisors (Esa) expressed their hope he would not do something more malicious. That’s when I saw I had to get ahold of the US Inspector General to file a criminal complaint. I can’t risk my home being threatened, my bank card made unavailable or mail precious to me disappearing, being returned or arriving a month late anymore. I had to put my mail on hold because last week someone ripped off my mail label. It was Tricia who carefully filled out a new one and posted it in my mailbox. I would prefer to give 5 stars, but because this letter carrier has endangered my security, I had to downgrade. If you are wondering which is his route, it is # 1843. And it’s weekdays for him. Beware. You can be totally nice and I guess he holds the way you look against you or something. The guy is off the route, off terrorizie another neighborhood. Hopefully for you not yours,
