- KDKevin Dehler6 days ago1.0My neighbor is serviced by this post office. Getting my mail is like pulling teeth. I have informed delivery. I can see what I am supposed to receive each day. Only get mail around every 3-4 days. Mail is something we Americans are entitled to. I’m not sure if the guy delivering for us is just overwhelmed, or if he’s just bad at his job. If I did my job this poorly people would be dead. I just want whatever mail my informed delivery says. I’m not sure what’s so hard about this.

Sometimes they’ll try to gaslight you into thinking there wasn’t a problem with your package, even though there clearly was. All in all, you better be ready to ROLL THOSE DICE BABYYYYY

Lost mail, the lock on the community mailbox is now magically broken and all the mailman did was leave a small note that we now have to pick up our mail from the Pecos location. WELL WHEN WILL THE LOCK BE FIXED? MORE COMMUNICATION PERHAPS?
- CRC RAug 17, 20261.0This location is filthy. Something black coming out of the air vents. My throat started burning as soon as I entered this place. I'm allergic to mold and dust so that's prob why. Overall pretty dirty and gross location. This location smellsblike mold and mildew. No one is even cleaning their wood door they use for drop offs. Years of build up around theb handle. They open at 9am and close at 5pm. Their po boxes are only open from 5am to 6:59pm due to vandalism and loitering after hours. So maybe there isn't any type of security overnight. They have lots of boxes butnim sure they are mainly unused due to the theft. I think these other boxes are for oversized packages. Not sure what the tan ones are for. I didn't like anything about this location.
- JWJackson WilliamAug 3, 20261.0USPS is trash, I wrote the 100% correct address but they still couldn’t deliver a damn mail,there’s no gate no fence in the house but they said no access to the delivery address, ironically, they wrote the lot number on the mail prior to delivery so it’s easier for carrier to deliver, but they still couldn’t find the damn address to deliver a mail, only one explanation is that they just don’t want to deliver,finally I needed to file a complaint online and they called me but I still needed to pick up in the office, USPS is trash,they can’t do a simple job
