Even when the lobby is packed and it's clearly a hectic day, he never lets it show. He stays positive, patient, and professional with everyone who comes to the counter. What really stands out is that he will give you his full, undivided attention no matter what he's dealing with. He takes the time to make sure your questions are answered and your needs are met, and he does it all with the greatest attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond. A true asset to the USPS!
