As a small business owner, I’ve tried several branches, and this one has consistently proven to be the most reliable. The staff is patient, helpful, and always professional. Wait times can occasionally get long if there is only one clerk at the front desk, so I highly recommend having your packages prepaid so you can just drop them off and skip the line. The biggest advantage is their late hours—most other places close by 5:00 or 6:00 PM, making this my absolute go-to spot. I drop off packages here two to three times a week and haven’t had a single issue in four months. Don't let the other negative reviews deter you, this location is excellent.
