The employee I interacted with just now was the most pleasant usps employee I’ve interacted with in recent memory, vs the at best a little bit of attitude that I’m used to 🙏

USPS has somehow turned “put the correctly addressed box in the correct locker” into a four-part mystery series. On August 6, USPS marked my package “Delivered, Parcel Locker” at 5:07 PM. It was not in a parcel locker, not in my mailbox, and I received no LuxerOne notification. My building sends one whenever a package is actually placed in a locker. Another USPS package was delivered earlier that same day at 12:25 PM, and I received the LuxerOne notification exactly as expected. So the system works. This package apparently entered the Bermuda Triangle. And this was not the first one. This was the FOURTH package USPS has marked “delivered” that I never received. I submitted an inquiry, which introduced me to a female supervisor who identified herself as “Le Le.” If “Le Le” is her actual professional name, fine. If it is a nickname, I’m not sure why a USPS supervisor handling a formal complaint about missing packages is introducing herself as we met at a cookout. When representing a federal agency, giving a customer your actual name seems like a very low bar. Unfortunately, the nickname was the most competent part of the interaction. Le Le told me she had a picture of the package and insisted it was not my package because it belonged to “C* Holmes.” Two problems: Her name is C" Holcomb, not C* Holmes. And C Holcomb is the SENDER. I am the RECIPIENT. My name is printed clearly above my Denver address. The tracking number on the box matches the tracking number USPS says was delivered. Apparently someone needed to explain the revolutionary postal concept of FROM and TO to her, which was a challenge considering her apparent illiteracy. This is USPS. Knowing who is sending the package and who is receiving it should probably be covered in training. When I tried to explain this, I was repeatedly interrupted. Le Le then told me: “You won’t be getting the package anyway because you have a bad attitude.” That would be hilarious if it had not come from a supervisor discussing my mail. Apparently the policy is now: Postage paid. Address correct. Delivery pending personality review. She also told me, “You need to come up here so I can show you that it’s not your package.” I already have a photograph of the actual package. My name is on it. My address is on it—the tracking number matches. I’m not sure what demonstration at the post office was supposed to override the shipping label. Perhaps she planned to point at the return address until reality changed. She also announced, “I won’t be here tomorrow, so you need to speak with someone else.” Finally, something we agreed on. After being interrupted, spoken to disrespectfully, and told I would not receive my package because of my “bad attitude,” I told her I would be filing a complaint and explicitly stated that I did not want her calling me again. She then called me FOUR MORE TIMES. Four calls after being directly told to stop. I ultimately had to tell her to stop harassing me and stop calling my phone. So, to recap: four packages have been marked delivered and never reached me; August 6 was the fourth; the supervisor apparently could not distinguish sender from recipient; she cannot read names on packages; she argued with me about a label bearing my own name; told me I would not receive my package because of my “attitude”; and repeatedly called after I told her to stop. I have retained the voicemail, call records, tracking screenshots, LuxerOne records, and photographs of the shipping label. This matter is being escalated to the USPS Office of Inspector General. If the OIG does not resolve these four missing packages that USPS states were delivered, I will contact my state representatives and other appropriate elected officials and provide the documentation. At this point, “according to tracking, it was delivered” is not an explanation. It is the problem. USPS may consider these packages delivered. I consider them evidence.

Filled out the paperwork for my passport online, printed it out and brought it, scheduled an appointment for 10am, got there early, and was done early. In and out in maybe 10 minutes. Dude was friendly and professional, had some good tunes playing. Easy and quick. Appointments will make everything smoother. Debit cards are accepted (to purchase a money order; ~$3 fee). No credit cards. Otherwise cash, check, money order. Beware the rough overhead lighting for the photo; I look awful, lol

Complete disrespect from branch manger of a client. No follow up regarding a letter USPS sent me instructing to bring the claim paperwork to the local post office. I have tried to reach the manager on multiple occasions. The response always is “he is not available”. What was promised by the clerks, the manager disregarded. This is unacceptable from a person at such position.
