I went in to drop off a package and I couldn't get the tape that is now on the boxes off the box, when I got to the counter I tried explaining to the man I needed help getting the tape off the box if he had something sharp I could use he repeatedly kept saying he never even looked and immediately said no then he kept saying" the box needs to be taped down and secure" which is fine but if you hear me say I need help getting the tape off the box why are you repeatedly saying the box needs to be taped.. he was intentionally rude un helpful and passive aggressive such a nasty individual and I hope they find better employees he was horrible.
