- AHAnya HongSep 17, 20261.0I was very disappointed with the passport photo service I received here; if I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would. I assumed that, because this office is an approved passport photo location, photos would be accepted by the US Department of State. My photo was rejected in my application due to the "washed out" lighting, so I came back to the office later that week to ask the employee to retake my photo or give me a refund. He took 3 more photos, 2 of which he deemed unusable (one was bright and I looked washed out again, and the other had shadows on one side of my face). I am disappointed that this man took 5 photos, and only one was anything close to acceptable. Customer service was a 4/10, at best - no apology for a job poorly done, or at least an acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I don't typically write negative reviews, but if you're hoping to get a passport photo, I would save the time and the 15 bucks and go elsewhere. I had a very frustrating experience, and I will not be coming back.
