- NMNary MoradiJul 25, 20263.0I went to pick up a package today. The girl named Titty or Tidy with braids was extremely rude. First she made fun of me because I said “no, I am not here to pick up a mail but a package” which to her are the same meaning. Then, she treated me in a discriminatory manner, and she then tried to embarrass me in front of people waiting in the line. I am just wondering why people like her, who hate certain people so much, are doing customer service?! I am sure there are more qualified people out there.
- ELEmeliana LeyvaJul 14, 20265.0I want to give me respects to this post office. I wish I knew the mail carrier who takes the mail to the parkfield area in montbello. The guy/gal has done a phenomenal service delivering my mail to my house / locker. I just want to say thank you and I hope that he/she continues doing a good service. No issues whatsoever. I’m really happy they’re in charge of my mail here.

I believe the couriers are thieves. 6 packages of mine were reported as "delivered" however, ALL were missing and each time it is a unacceptable excuse or lie from the courier. 2 Sets of children passport books were stolen, along with the original supporting documents that contained personal information that can and will be used for fraud - the courier claimed my mailbox was broken into. However, there were absolutely NO SIGNS of a break in or tampering of my mailbox for 3 months (April - June). This was an inside job just like the other 4 packages. Unfortunately, you can not change your local post office so I'd advise anyone and everyone to avoid moving in a zip code where your assigned USPS office is the Montbello Branch. There is some serious fraudulent activity going on in that branch and going on unresolved.

Have had mail lost and the informed delivery is almost never accurate. Says a package is ready for pickup, once there I am told it’s not there and it’s just a generated message.
