If they wouldve paid attention and deliver it correctly I wouldve received a text and email with a code to pick it up from the mailroom. They dont have access without inputting the recipients address in the system. No code was received. Package stolen. No refund from seller.

I was reluctant to answer questions and the conversation got confrontational due to my lack of understanding how the mail thats always came in my name somehow can not be delivered unless I verify this particular package. Now my 59.00 product I orderd that was once in the mail man's hands is now in the hands of a employee I refused to answer questions for and now 24hours later, undelivered with no options for pick up or any information on when I can receive my mail. Isn't it a federal offense to mess with other people's mail? And since when can I not receive a package because the mail carrier dosent recognize a name? Id give no stars if I could.

You can tell the people that work there don't like their jobs I sat in line for 20 mins just for someone to call me out of line to help but ended hiding in the back and everyone that came in after me received help before me they are rude and don't know anything about customer service. They need to hire a who new group of workers or shut it down. Everytime i come here it's something. The employees that were on shift today 3/31 needs more customer service training. The manager on shift faked like she cared but you can tell it was genuine
