- DVDaniel V4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. Tall guy with glasses couldn’t make it more obvious he doesn’t want to be there and hates his job. More worried about reading his book while a customer is still standing in front of him with questions on surprising shipping costs. Couldn’t answer any questions on the price just “idk it’s what the computer says” then buries his face back in his book. Good job USPS, still one of the worst run places in the world. You make the DMV you look like a 5 star resort lol
