  Darrell is an absolutely abhorrent person to interact with. He not only interrogated me about my service animal but he raised his voice and told me to take my business elsewhere. Darrell showed zero compassion and was both intimidating and aggressive. I had a hat, sunglasses and noise cancelling headphones on, he needs to learn how to read the room. I am going to place a formal complaint with UPS as well. BOYCOTT THIS UPS - DARREL DOESNT WANT MINE OR ANYONE LIKE ME’S BUSINESS!

  I've had a lot of issues with this store. Multiple packages lost as recent as 2 weeks ago, severely delaying a deliverable and adding $80 in costs to get it there by the end of the week.

  Friendly staff. Way more expensive if you ship in store. Use pirateship or another 3rd party site to purchase your label or be prepared to pay triple the shipping costs

  I'll give you a 4 stars. It was clean it was nice everything was good. I do have a service dog, 100% legitimate without a doubt service dog. I did not have her vest on her because I was not thinking I was going to stop in there. I needed some Services something printed and shipped and I just happened to walk in. Immediately the lady said no animals. I said Okay She's a service animal. I was questioned. She did not overstep her bounds of the Americans with disability Act, she knew what to ask good job. My thing is I mean if you can clearly tell like I don't have an emotional support chicken. You can tell by the way we're dressed her gear and things like again it's not an emotional support chihuahua. Anyways after I answered her ADA questions she rolled her eyes and I continued on with my services.
