  Edit: Celeste called and provided clarification. I appreciate it. Other than that one comment, he was super helpful throughout the whole notary and payment process. I went into the store for a notary service and then realized I needed to reprint the document. The associate gave me a small slip of paper with an email to send the document to on it to print for $2.99+ tax. I wasn’t going to print at the store initially so I left, but almost immediately I decided to have it printed at UPS anyway. I couldn’t find that slip of paper with the email address, so I returned to the store, asked for a slip of paper again so I can send the email to print. The same associate gave me one, then said “and oh you are not supposed to leave with that paper.” Excuse me??? First of all, I see a ton of paper slips with the email address in front of him and another associate ready to be given out to customers. Second of all, it’s a SMALL slip of PAPER. Lastly, I left with that slip of paper in the first time, and I was the only one in the store. He saw it and let me.

  Greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I came in with no clue in what I was doing and was catered to the entire way. I didn’t get any employee names but it was around 3 o’clock. Everyone was cheery and made the wait fly by. Thank you!

  I have visited this UPS Store on two separate occasions, and unfortunately, both experiences were marked by such poor customer service that I left before completing my business. On both visits, the service was unhelpful, dismissive, and far below what I would expect from a customer-facing business. I understand that stores can be busy and employees can have difficult days, but experiencing this level of poor service twice suggests a broader problem rather than an isolated incident. After giving this location a second chance and having essentially the same experience, I will take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes customer service concerns seriously and works to improve the experience at this location.

  This store is B-U-S-Y but the employees absolutely CRUSH it and do it with a friendly flare. Don’t despair if you walk in and see a line. Whatever these folks are being paid, it should be more.

  There's no automatic door so that when you're carrying a big box, you can't get inside the building.The employees stood at the counter and watched me struggle to get inside to give them the package. Not helpful at all.Everyone in the store, not one person everyone. Thanks
