  Just stopped in for help packing and shipping a piece of framed artwork. Tyler helped me and was extremely helpful and professional. I feel confident in my package being handled carefully and with the same care that I would use. Highly recommend!

  Tyler here was INCREDIBLY helpful, chill, understanding and cool. 10/5 stars. He is so awesome and made shipping super easy. If you go here ask for Tyler. I’d trust this man with my life. He also had a great sense of humor. Anyways. Great guy. Great experience.

  This is hands down the best UPS store. I have been coming to this location for many years. The employees at this location are extremely professional and kind. Go above and beyond to help you. I’ve been to other UPS locations and the employees are rude and nickel and dime you for every little thing including a label that you have already paid for. I will take the drive to this Broadway location every time. I highly recommend this location. Every single employee here provides excellent customer service.

  Michael R rang me up; he was so friendly, made it a fun and engaging experience, and told me a fun story. He seemed able to handle anything that came his way, and had I had a sense of urgency with my package, he would have been able to upsell me quite easily.

  Always crazy busy to the point where I sometimes don’t even have time to wait in the line. Staff are usually friendly.
