  I had a great experience with the notary here Pam, I walked in earlier than when they started and she was more than happy to help me. The staff here was extremely nice and I had such a pleasant time. Ontop of getting some documents notarized Pam scanned and printed a large quantity of documents for me and I very much appreciate her for taking the time to do that!! I always notice people leave bad reviews but never anything positive, I had such a great experience with this team I would definitely recommend any services here!! 100/10 experience and customer service I will definitely come back here if I need anything!

  Do not trust with notary or time sensitive needs. I arrived at 5:34 p.m. to get a document notarized, waited in line until 5:44 only to be told that they are done with Notary services for the day. The sign posted behind the desk says notary services from 11a - 6p. I called ahead to be sure, too. I understand it's the "end of the day", but then just say you close at 5:30 if you won't accept customers after that time. Don't waste customers time with false promises.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this UPS Store while trying to get my documents notarized. The female staff members who assisted me were unhelpful and repeatedly insisted they could not notarize my documents, but they never clearly explained what was supposedly wrong. I had to visit the store more than four times, wasting my time, effort, and over $100 because I kept being sent back without any proper guidance. The most frustrating part was the poor communication. If there was an issue with my documents, it should have been explained clearly during my first visit instead of making me come back multiple times. I eventually took the exact same documents to another UPS Store, and they notarized everything without any complaints or issues. I understand that notaries have to follow legal requirements, but customers deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location, and I would not recommend it for notary services.

  I came home the other day and had a note on my door for a package. They needed a signature so they took it to our local store on hampden and 25. I went to pick it up on Wednesday and they said it was not there yet so I left. I went back today and a young man, Kenneth, looked in the system and it wasn't showing anything. So instead of just telling me it wasn't there, which a lot of people do. He took the time to go in the back and check for it and it was there. A huge shout for Kenneth taking the time to look for it. He is the epitome of customer!! Not only did he find my package but he also took the time to have a conversation!! Thank you very much Kenneth!!! You are doing a super job!!!
