  Stay as far away as possible from these people. They are scammers and will lie straight to your face. I specifically called ahead of time to verify I could ship my equipment for my company to this location and they assured me I could and that I just need to pay an extra pickup fee. I even paid extra for everything to get delivered by Saturday since I was getting in Sunday morning giving me enough time to grab the shipment. I showed up and the place is closed down for remodeling and nothing is available for pickup. Terrible business practice and the last time I use UPS. I’ll be filing a lawsuit for lost wages due to your company’s negligence handling thousands of dollars of someone else’s inventory with time constraint

  Rude and unwilling to work with customer. Will not let me pick up an order meant for my team, but let someone else from my team who is not the address pick up the item

  This is one of the worst UPS store locations I’ve ever been to. And I’m a frequent customer nationally. Line was insanely long. I left, then came back two hours later, same problem. It was fully staffed, the employees are NOT the issue here. The store is just waaaaaay too small for the volume of people / area needs. Only two cashiers and 40 plus people out the door. Print your labels ahead of time they charge a $5 service fee for any labels you don’t bring yourself. Insane! Also, nothing moves fast here. You will not achieve your needs in a lunch break, no way. I spend an hour in the store, and when I left the line was about the door and around the side.

  This place is horrible. Lines that are out the door. Unprofessional, and ignorant. I shipped a package out on 6.30. It took nearly 3 weeks for UPS to ship it. I tried to file a claim thinking it was lost and the staff at the store didn't want to help nor did the customer service line I called. It finally delivered 20 days later to the zip code next to mine, 2 miles away. When the package finally delivered, it had been broken into and the contents stolen. I had to file a claim and they would only insure up to $100 when I had $350 worth of personal effects in the box. Don't ship UPS don't ship from this store. They are thieves. Ship FedEx instead, more reliable and a more professional group of people working.
