The employee was absolutely so accommodating and kind. Thank you so much for making my day easier. I hope I didn’t make yours harder in return, but I appreciate your kindness.

Chris, the manager at the UPS store, found the least expensive way to ship the pieces with the right amount of TLC in transit. Chris packed everything and used the freight arm of UPS called TForce for shipping. Their communication was great, and they arranged a delivery window that worked for the recipients. They broke down the small pallet and brought the items inside. The chair and ottoman were in perfect condition. We had a terrific experience, and loudly endorse Chris and the UPS store on Colorado Blvd for any shipping needs!
