  This is the absolute WORST water company!!!! They overcharged me and NEVER delivered my water. The customer staff will keep you on hold forever and never have the correct answers. Please do not use this company.

  Terrible experience. Set up the delivery for someone in a wheelchair in an apartment on the second floor. Delivery instructions were to call upon arrival so resident can open the front door of the building. Water was left outside the building and resident had no way of bringing the water to their apartment. This happened 5 times, empty water bottles were piling up in resident's apartment, and when I called to find out a solution, Primo had no way of contacting the driver to correct the problem or arranging to return to correct the situation. Offered me $5 off next delivery as compensation and then hung up on me. This has been an ongoing problem with them, I am exhausted.

  first delivery the dude left the dispenser in its box and 4 bottles in my driveway, before I could flag him down he took off like a bat out of hell. The rep at Sam's told us they would set it up for us. hahaha-- fat chance! we paid in advance which you should never do with these clowns. I told them to pick up their dispenser and 4 bottles which as I said before I'd paid for. the driver picked it all up and took pics. now they're trying to bill me 80.00 and change for ???

  Worst warehouse in Denver even if you came 3 hours before your appointment they don't give you dock until 2 hours after your appointment, they really worry about drivers wear a safety vest but they don't even care about do their job right , after when you go to check what's going on you realize they left , they give dock at 4 pm and they leave at 3 how is this possible?? And you ask nobody knows o guy from maintenance had to call to supervisor who wasn't even at the plantb IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS WAREHOUSE DO IT!! PEOR BODEGA EN DENVER , AUNQUE LLEGUES 2 HRS ANTES NO T DAN PUERTA HASTA 2 HRS DESPUES DE TU CITA , NADIE SABE NADA LOS DE OFICINA ESTAN MAS PREOCUPADOS POR EL CHALECO QUE POR HACER BN SU TRABAJO , SON MUY PREPOTENES Y MAL EDUCADOS LOS QUE TRABJAN N LA OFICINA SI PUEDEN EVITAR ESTA BODEGA EVITENLA !!!! NO PIERDA SU TIEMPO Y NI SIQUIERA PAGAN BN LAS CARGAS
