  Worst ship center ever , why even be open if you can’t print a sheet of paper and attach a label , useless

  Driver lied , said I refused delivery, but I have a camera at my door , that shows driver got nervous, and left with my package instead of just placing my package at my door , im going to post on social media if I don't get my package today , thats not right or fair. Makes me believe racial profiling. Driver should loose job , Driver doesn't deserve this job and is clearly unfit , and should be banned for life of ever touching someone else's property

  Every time I have had the unfortunate displeasure of having to sign for a package they effectively trap me in my house the whole day by constantly pushing my delivery time out until literally 8 PM. It’s completely ridiculous to make people stay at their home all day because they can’t deliver a package sooner than 12 hours from departure of the shipping center.

  Had the extremely unfortunate pleasure to have to try and pick up my package. Told have to wait 15 minutes for a manager...Briton H. Who informed me although the package was in possession and in fact at the building it was "inaccessible". Despite uos customer service confirming it was available for pick up across multiple phone calls. Customer service was not existent understanding or empathy for the lost money why fed ex "made my package actively inaccessible" for days. Refusal to have a stagg member get the package cause it would take to much labor is unacceptable. The worst experience I have had in any shipping situation brought to you by Briton H. Of FedEx management who is to busy to be bothered with the customer

  As we walked in, there was nobody available to greet us, which I understand—it’s a post office, and employees are often busy. My main issue was that while we were waiting in line, there was no clear way to get assistance from an employee until someone happened to come through the doors and trigger the notification sound. Later, we asked an employee for help addressing an envelope because we were using a type we weren’t familiar with. He told us that we needed to print the label ourselves. The frustrating part was that there were posters throughout the office clearly stating that customers could receive help with labeling from an agent if needed. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. The lack of assistance and the inconsistency between what was advertised and the help that was actually provided made for a frustrating experience.
