- DBDavid Birkes3 days ago1.0If my PO box address isn't on my mail they send it back so I have to have my PO box on my Amazon in case they decide to try and use USPS so then all the packages go to the post office where they lose half of my packages. When I go in they are so stressed out and busy because of all the amazon mail and their annoyed but it's their fault they get all the amazon mail. So when official mail is being sent to me from the government or my mortgage company they send it back because nowhere else in the country requires you to have your PO box or they will send back your mail so they will only send it to my house. If you complain about these things they will act like this has never been a problem for anyone else wile other people in line say that they have the same problem they are ignored. The refusal to just put people mail in there box is a complete miscarriage of dusty this is the most mismanaged post office I've ever seen too bad there is 0 accountability.
