Whoever is on the rosemary route needs training and better attention to addresses. What is going on? More than half my packages this year are being marked delivered and never at the box. It was better when I had to come get my mail from the office. Im not the only one who has delivery issues it seems.

A family member sent out a large batch of graduation invitations across the country, all prepared the exact same way. Every single one was delivered without issue—except for four that happened to be routed through this location. Each of those recipients received a notice requiring them to come in person and pay extra postage just to receive their mail. It is extremely difficult to believe this is a coincidence when only items processed through this facility were singled out. This pattern raises serious concerns about whether mail is being inaccurately labeled as overweight or non-machinable to generate additional fees. At best, this reflects poor quality control; at worst, it suggests deliberate misconduct. Either way, it’s unacceptable and needs to be investigated.
