- SPSal Pepper3 days ago1.0I have asked 5 times for have my mail stopped temporarily and each time the mail is delivered into my mailbox. I have complained several times to branch manager but obviously they have no control over carrier since they continue to not follow instructions. Last time I complained I was told to hand deliver the yellow mail stoppage card to post office and speak to someone at counter. I did that and still the carrier delivers mail. On top of that the carrier puts a notice in my mailbox that the box is full and needs to be emptied. Anyone have suggestions on how to handle the issue?
- ECEkaterina C4 days ago2.0In the past few months they have lost a few very important pieces of my mail. First, it was my care registration. I hit a ticket and had to pay fees again to get the sticker and the card. Then in April they’ve lost my renewed drivers license. It never arrived and it’s been almost 2 months since I renewed. It doesn’t even show up in the USPS Informed delivery. DMV confirmed they mailed it to me. Had to get my license reissued and after over 2 weeks, nothing is in the mail. Junk crap comes in the mail on time with no issues though.
