  STAY AWAY! I took a UPS envelope there, had a UPS employee print and affix a UPS label to the UPS envelope, paid UPS to ship it 2-day, got a UPS tracking number and a UPS receipt and to this day UPS says that they DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. If you ship ANYTHING do not go to this store under ANY circumstances.

  This is the worst UPS experience I have ever received in my whole life. Her name is PAM. I got into the store to return my Amazon item and I told them that I will need box. As soon as I told that to PAM, she said “Oh man”. It was very obvious that she did not want to deal in the first place. She was extremely rude and keep telling me it will not worth it to send because it will cost me lots of money. She said medium size box is 34$ and 42$ to send it. How medium size regular box can be 34$? How she can determined that it will cost me or not even tho its a Amazon return? I told her to scan the code and she quoted me even she never scan the code. Never ever come to this store ever again. I only review if the service is seriously bad. I do not recommend anyone getting PAM’s line. She seems she is not there to help.

  Staffed by 3 at their counter so line moved quickly. Very courteous. Parking a bit crowded at the time I was there

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Centennial UPS Store on Quebec Street, just north of County Line Road. I will never go to that UPS again. The employees were consistently rude and condescending, not only toward me but also toward other customers in the store. What was most troubling was hearing staff make fun of customers after they had completed their transactions and left. It created an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional training on professionalism and customer service.

  The customer service was efficient, the total time in building was minimal, the worker was polite, straight to the point and efficient.
