  10 dollars for 8 bubble mailers?? I get 52 bubble mailers from amazon for same price. Plus the blonde woman is pretty rude. Just shop on amazon. Itll save you a lot of money.

  I think they were supposed to send me a email to leave a review about my experience but I didn’t receive which is unfortunate because, the workers here all very kind. David the assistant manager, is one the nicest workers I’ve met here. He was very supportive and accommodating. I usually don’t leave review but this might be the first time I’ve met a worker who I had to leave one for. Hope he gets a raise and just wanna say thank you David!

  The Staples 'acceptance guarantee' for passport photos is a straight up lie. Save your money and do your passport photos yourself, on your phone (easy), like I ended up having to do, after an awful experience dealing with this place. For a UK passport, they’re supposed to supply a code which links the passport office directly to the photos. When I queried that with the staff here, they had no idea what I was talking about. Strange, as there’s instructions on how to use a photo code on the documentation provided, but there was no code provided. Nonetheless, I uploaded the photo and sent off my application by mail (1-3 weeks) plus processing time (approx. 1 week), so by the time I had even heard back about the photo, numerous weeks had passed. They rejected the photo as it was too dark. Not sure how they managed that with all the pro equipment used! I used my phone to take a photo and it was approved in minutes. Easy! When I attempted to get a refund, I was told it was not possible (computer says no) as more than 14 days had passed. When I attempted to explain that the application process is longer than 14 days, I was met with a cold an unapologetic response by the manager (David) that it was not possible, and they are not obligated to refund, despite the fact that it was their incompetence that created the issue. What kind of ‘acceptance guarantee’ is that? No store credit or attempt to smooth things over was offered. When I explained the situation to my wife, she called and spoke to him, and he hung up on her! Thanks David. Your incompetence in both taking passport photos and customer service has ensured that I never use staples again for anything. We try to support retail over AI and online shopping but experiences like this are making it harder to justify.

  Wouldn’t let me in because I was 16 years old even though I’m mature and I won’t steal anything this job you just lost yourself. Another customer no wonder why this place only has three stars.

  TSA Pre-check service has to improve. The website doesn't have any hours posted and the information from TSA notes walk-ins are welcome. I showed up this morning at 900a. Nope. It is only available 11a-700p. So, I drove 30 minutes out of the way and returned at 300p. Also, nope. There were two people in the store along with me. No one acknowledged me. I walked over and asked if someone could help me. Nope. He said the person responsible for the service was on a 40 minute lunch break. His exact words. On my way out, I stopped at the service desk. I asked why someone would be on a 40 minute lunch break and nothing was posted on the website (remember, it says walk-ins welcome...well not really). He angrily told me the employee was returning in 20 minutes. I said that I was just told it was 40. He cut me off and angrily said, it is 20 minutes and I clocked him out. No, we are sorry or I am sorry that he told you it was 40. Pretty rude and very unhelpful. I am sure appointments are better, but then don't say walk-ins are welcome. I won't return for TSA and definitely won't return for business supplies.
