It’s painful coming here. Workers are slow and the trip here is always no less a than 30 minutes. Horrible service

One person working this place is terrible. Do better.

These people don’t have a clue what they’re doing. One of the woman associates is extremely rude. They’ve lost my package that I needed to deliver to a buyer. They have no idea where it went, yet they have the audacity to deny a claim of them losing my package. Reading the other reviews of how often they lose packages, they should legitimately look at shutting this place down.

I do not know why this is advertised as a functional post office all signs say that it is closed to the public. Waste of time, and Googles AI makes it worse

Drop box is always locked. This cost me money for business, I either need to buy another label and go UPS or I get late shipment fees from Amazon. Have made 2 complaints and not one follow up. I have a day job and need to drop off in the mornings on the way to work. This is so frustrating, that they can’t upgrade to hold more packages. Went to Sedalia to drop off, it’s somewhat on the way. Very nice people there, was in and out. Please fix the drop box to accommodate your community. Clearly it is getting used and you can’t support the needs of your community because it’s full and locked constantly.
