- SSSarah Smith3 days ago4.0So this post office on Google maps isn't the correct one for sending out mail and some other services. Below is a photo of the correct location of USPS for shipping out mail Hope this helps because at this location, rang the doorbell to ask for help to find the other location and no one answered for 20 minutes so I left.
- KKKathy KinchSep 23, 20261.0Our Family is moving out of our primary home and figured that a POBox was the best way to forward our mail as we are in temporary housing for the next 6 months to find the right home. I am do not think that now. I submitted the application and all forwarding paperwork on the 16th and by the 23rd I had to go in again as the “person who files it had been out and my family was turned away twice trying to show their IDs to allow their mail to be placed in this box we had paid for. When I went to go inquire on the 23rd, I was told well it just wasn’t processed and the previous person’s information was still on the mail box. There is a take it or leave it mentally. I understand why the postal service has been bleeding tax payers dry for years as they have never turned a profit and the service representative by the staff who takes the brunt and frustration of the paying customers pushed off to the supervisors that never show their faces at the operation building to take account.
- IHIam HenrySep 22, 20261.0The reviews of this usps location says a lot about what to expect from them, but imagine spending over 200k a year with usps for your business and because you don’t have your mailbox key your mailman leaves you a hand written note like this when you put out your mail for pickup. So you make the trip to me watched my packages and just refused to pick them up. To make matters worse I go to the post office and 2 supervisors tell me they are right for writing this. disrespectful and unacceptable! Do better
