- MHMark HeltonJun 12, 20264.0I'm giving you a four because most of the time you folks are awesome but today was a bit of a negative surpise. We had three banker boxes of papers to be shreded and there was a per pound service. That souneded good until we were told to feed it all through a 1" slit in the container. That is not per pound shredding.
- NNneeraj netzMay 29, 20261.0Terrible service by the lady who is usually at this store. She is always in a rush and very pushy even when there is really no other customer in the store. Has a hard time answering questions as she is least interested. There was one time when we forgot to tape the box and she made it a point to let us know that they will charge for tape. It was a 4x6 tiny box that needed one tape on the top. Just bad behavior in general and will avoid this store going forward.

As a person who's spent much of their career in customer service in one capacity or another I appreciate good service, great soft skills, and a customer experience that leaves a lasting impression. Jay and Nicole were fun and engaging and know their jobs. My local store would do well to follow suit. Well done!
