  I had an insurance check I had to send to my mortgage company for endorsement. I sent it 2 day guaranteed delivery along with a prepaid return envelope for them to return it 2 day guaranteed. It took 4 days to get to my mortgage company and my mortgage company lost the return envelope. I asked for a refund for the total amount for both shipments. The refund request got lost in UPS's system. However Nicole the owner of our CP UPS store got personally involved and provided excellent customer service. We have exclusively this store for our previous shipping needs and will continue to use this store and support this store in the future. I appreciated Nicole's perseverance and energy to address my situation and getting a complete refund.

  We have used this store for the past few years for printing off promotional materials for our house rentals and the occasional shipping off to our family members. Extremely happy with the team they have, and have enjoyed the occasional talks and check ins when picking up our materials or shipping off. This store has become our main go-to. Thanks for the service, being in the community, and maintaining a fun atmosphere for us.

  You used to be able to print at the ups store by emailing the store email and they would print it for you. It’d end up being a dollar or so for a page. Well I came in to do what I had always done and was told the email was down and to use their computer. I don’t believe the email was down, the employee was clearly eager to move on to another task. Nearly $10 in charges later I had my printed piece of paper and the printer was nearly out of ink so the print quality was awful. What a waste of money.

  There is an employee at this UPS location that tells customers it costs extra to ship something in a recycled box (for example, an Amazon box), even if the logo is covered with tape or blacked out. Given I have only ever used recycled boxes to ship, I declined to pay extra. After a call to 800PICKUPS, as well as calling another location and visiting a third location, I confirmed there is not an extra cost associated with using a recycled box as long as the previous shipping labels are not visible. In fact, another UPS employee joked that if they stopped allowing people to ship using Amazon boxes, they might go out of business.

  Disappointed, have been a customer of this location for 10+ years. But over the last 3+ years the customer service seems to get worse ever time I visit, not sure what’s going on, but would not recommend this store to anyone, I will be visiting other locations going forward.
