  I am absolutely blown away by the care and kindness that I was shown today by the staff of this store. I had a general issue with a package that had nothing to do with the store. Out of desperation, I called them to see if there was anything they could do to help. It would have been completely reasonable for them to stay out of the situation, but Diego utilized the resources he had to find a way to fix my problem. He communicated his progress frequently so I knew he was working on it, and he was able to come up with a solution. Thanks to Diego's care and determination, everything worked out! In the end, obviously I was thrilled, but more than that, I was reminded that there are wonderful, gracious people out there; people who will help just because they can. It is beautiful and inspiring! From a normal customer interaction viewpoint, I want to add that I have been in the store on several other occasions and they are always extremely efficient while also making sure that you have what you need. They take a great deal of pride in what they do.

  The guys at this location couldn’t be more helpful, friendly, and efficient! They showed me a few money saving tips and helped me get my fragile packages wrapped and sent out very quickly and with the utmost professionalism!!!! This is the place to go for all of your shipping needs!!

  I went in with many different sizes of paper that I needed to have copied for tax purposes; they helped me copy everything and make sure everything was in order and all with a smile and a sense of humor! I love these guys!
