The first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but the second time I figured out it, it is just how she is. She is rude, and lacked empathy. I am missing two packages now that have been “scanned as delivered at the address” per her words. One of said packages contained 12 Christmas presents for my family that is now no where to be found. With it being the holidays and with it being more than one package missing from two separate companies I would assume a simple “I’m sorry” would go a long way and maybe a smile. I was also told I need to bring in my rental agreement to change my address which I have never had to before, and have received mail at my new address before. Overall not a good experience.

You can’t ship anything unless you take time off your week day work schedule. This is the worst run post office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Major inconvenience to be open only for a couple hours and then to not be open at all…
