- LBL BJul 14, 20261.0I spoke with Connie at the Brighton post office about my mailbox not working today. I filled out the paperwork to have the issue resolved over a week ago, and she said it should take up to a week to get fixed. It’s been over a week already, but the mailbox still isn’t fixed. Instead of helping, Connie was rude and condescending. She’s trying to put the blame on me like it’s my responsibility, even though I’ve done my part and they told me it would be fixed by the 13th. Now I have to go out of my way to pick up my entire tub of mail because they can’t do their job. This whole situation is really frustrating and unacceptable.

No way to contact anyone to get resolved. Obviously getting paid to just drive around town, tax payer money hard at work!!
