- CPChris PowerMay 12, 20261.0Not sure how they are able to find so many (but not all) miserable people to work here. 90% of the time the experience is bad. And all they have to do is say hello and be civil. Latest experience was I picked the “wrong envelope” and had to pay for higher service level based on envelope. Note that there was no sign saying you had to pay more for that envelope. When I suggested a sign to help folks like me, she just made a grouchy face and said no, people just know which envelope to use. Zero interest in improving the experience. Management here should be embarrassed.

Box because of our previous box owner moving out of CO. Danny quickly figured out the problem and got my box back on track, he held my package that should have been Return to Sender, totally saved my week! 10/10 customer service! Major love Breck PO❤️

If you are local to Summit County, I recommend this one over Dillon or Silverthorne for sure. I have never had anything lost, misplaced, or returned if it was addressed correctly - and the gentlemen that work there are all kind and efficient. 10 stars for everyone!
