The staff are consistently friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful - even while handling the constant demands of a busy mountain town with heavy mail volume and tourism. They always make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Thank you, Breckenridge Post Office, for everything you do. You take such great care of our community!

The hours that they’re open are not great if you work a day job. On the bright side, the employees are friendly

And all they have to do is say hello and be civil. Latest experience was I picked the “wrong envelope” and had to pay for higher service level based on envelope. Note that there was no sign saying you had to pay more for that envelope. When I suggested a sign to help folks like me, she just made a grouchy face and said no, people just know which envelope to use. Zero interest in improving the experience. Management here should be embarrassed.
