Rapid drop/self service stations are fine, but the incessant and LOUD high pitch beep that happens every 1.5 seconds is really really grating, especially since you gotta be in there for at least a few minutes while you prep your packages. It seems to be coming from a red panel on the upper wall and it’s showing an error code that says “TROUB L IN SYSTEM A/C”. There’s gotta be a way to make it stop, and boy would I love if it did.

I wasn’t 100% sure how to ship a package to my brother and just needed some guidance. A really kind gentlemen and woman helped me out when the worker turned me away 2 times for needing some help. I ended up waiting in the line 3 more times which was okay, and I even wanted to apologize for asking for help. She made me feel quite dumb and bad at myself for not knowing exactly what to do. It almost felt discriminatory because I was the only person of color in the line of people being treated like this - ignored, making condescending remarks to make myself feel dumb, and sent back without given help. The worker was wearing glasses, and had greying hair in a ponytail. I feel bad about myself even though I left the post office half an hour ago, and don’t think I’ll be coming back because the interactions felt humiliating in front of all the people. Thank you to the kind gentlemen and lady that pointed out how she was being snappy and rude to me. I really appreciate it. You never know what someone’s going through and I hope she has a better day.

Why is the customer service so bad at this post office? I have spoken with the post master twice but nothing ever changes. In perfect postal employee style, the only employee working the customer service desk decided to go to lunch before the incoming employee was even ready - just shut down his desk. Meanwhile, Gabrielle took her sweet time getting set up. Then did not allow one customer to pay cash because she had not set up her cash drawer yet. She then stopped serving customers to go back and get her cash drawer for a subsequent customer. This all not to mention half the parking lot torn up and the AC being broke requiring customers to stand in a hot steamy lobby. The service here is so consistently bad.
