- MSMina SatoriJul 3, 20261.0They are very rude at this office, and so is my mail carrier. They deliver mail to people who don’t live here, and put our mail into the wrong boxes. It’s been like this for five years. I’ve brought my issues up to the manager, and nothing has changed. This last experience topped the cake - my sister was unable to deliver a package at my address. She even asked for help from a supervisor at her post office, and they couldn’t make the kiosk work right either. So I had to go into this post office to pick it up. When I was there while on the speaker phone with my sister I asked why she could not deliver to my address, the employee in there had me put my sister on mute only to tell me it was an “user error” referring to my sister. What a terrible response!!! No manners whatsoever. They need to be put in some kind of customer service training and learn better ways to communicate. Or just go get another job and find purpose elsewhere if you can’t deal with the public.
