- MDMark DavisJul 27, 20261.0Dropped off an item I shipped across country on the morning of July 16th. It finally left the facility 4 days later and it appears to be lost in the mail. Why did it not leave the facility the same day or by the next day? If you want your packages sent in a timely manner do not go here. Clerk was the slowest person I've ever seen working and gave me attitude when I said I had prepaid for the label. I'm sorry I didn't want to buy your upcharges? I thought it would save us both time if I came in prepared. Edit: Now the package has been lost and I've had to file a lost mail claim. The claim came back denied. What an insanely incompetent service that our tax dollars pay for.
- EREvan RuzanskiJul 13, 20261.0Go to another post office. This is the slowest most inefficient post office I’ve ever been to. There is often only one clerk and the trucks park in the customer parking spaces. Wait times are 10-15 min at minimum. The clerks are slow. This place is truly terrible.

- DKDuane KraftJun 30, 20261.0So I have a package that was "left in a parcel box" these are locked boxes that cannot be opened or tampered with, I get a notification that says "package left in parcel box" go to open the box box #36 I put the key in turn the key open the box and it's empty... What the hell? Where is my package? You left the key but kept my package? I've literally had SO MANY PROBLEMS with THIS post office no other only THIS one I lived in every state except for Illinois 2 provences in Canada Ive lived in Germany the Czech republic never 1 time has my service been this bad
